You’re offline right now. LoopWalk can still open, but Google Maps handoff may not work until you reconnect.

About and benefits Tap to expand
Why this exists Walking is one of the simplest acts of self-respect, but simple habits still fail when there is too much friction. If you do not know the area, do not know how long a loop will take, or do not want to plan, it is easy to do nothing. LoopWalk removes that planning burden fast. Once the route is handled, the only thing left is the decision to show up for yourself and walk it.
Less friction, faster action Open it, pick a time, get a loop, and move before overthinking has a chance to win.
Built around a daily benchmark An hour-long walk is a practical target for steps, calorie burn, weight maintenance, and mental reset.
Uses Google and Apple Maps handoff You still get familiar map apps without needing a paid routing integration yet.
The route is no longer the barrier Once the loop is there, the job gets simpler: follow the path and stack the habit.
How to use LoopWalk Tap to expand
  1. Pick a walk time first so LoopWalk knows the rough loop distance to aim for.
  2. Set your location with GPS, a sample city, or manual coordinates.
  3. Tap Generate loop, then scroll down to preview the route and open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps.
  4. Add LoopWalk to your home screen if you want it to feel more like a real app next time.

1. Pick your walk time

LoopWalk estimates walking distance at about 4.8 km/h, then generates a best-guess loop for the time you choose.

20 min Target time
1.3 km Estimated loop
12.5 min/km Walk pace used

2. Set location

Start with your current GPS location, use a major sample city, or enter coordinates manually if you want to plan from a specific home base.

Manual coordinate tip In Google Maps, press and hold on your start point to drop a pin, then copy the latitude and longitude shown. If you enable GPS services via your phone browser, this can be populated automatically.
Pick a walk time, then set your location from GPS, a sample city, or manual coordinates.

3. Open in your preferred maps app

Generate one route, preview it, then open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps. If it feels stale, reverse it or roll for another.

No loop yet. Pick a time and set your location to generate your best-guess route.

Tip: when this page is hosted on a secure URL, mobile browsers are much more likely to allow GPS access.

Location not working?

Make sure location services are turned on for both your phone and your browser, then reload the page and try again.

4. Previous loops Saved on this device only

These are saved only on this device with local browser storage. The first few stay visible, and the rest can be expanded when you want them.
